The Army Fellow program’s mission is to attract, recruit and hire the nation’s best talent and provide training, education, mentoring and professional development to highly skilled individuals who will immediately contribute to Army mission readiness. Army Fellows are the future leaders in the Safety and Occupational Health career field.

Safety and Occupational Health Career Fellow Program

The SOH Career Fellow Program is part of the Enterprise Civilian Talent Acquisition Program (ECTAP) managed by Army Civilian Career Management Activity (ACCMA), Installations Career Field. The Installations Career Field Fellows Program Manager is Mr. Martin Dubbs at usarmy.belvoir.chra-accma.mbx.installations-career-field@army.mil.

Safety and Occupational Health Career Program Fellow Handbook and Brochure

This handbook provides responsibilities, guidance, and program requirements for the five (5) Enterprise Civilian Talent Acquisition Programs (ECTAPs) i.e., Student Interns, Army Fellows, John S. McCain Strategic Defense Fellows, Presidential Management Fellows, and Emerging Leader Fellows managed by the Talent Acquisition Division.
