Randy J. Grunow
White Sands Missile Range Safety/Nuclear Surety Director, White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico
In January 2008, Mr. Randy J. Grunow became the White Sands Missile Range Safety/Nuclear Surety Director. In this capacity, he oversees the Safety and Nuclear Surety Program for the largest DOD overland test range. He is a principal staff member of the Office of the Commanding General, reporting directly to the WSMR Executive Director (SES). The Safety/Nuclear Surety Director is the principal advisor to the Commanding General and the unified staff on all Safety and Nuclear Surety matters. He is responsible to integrate safety in all aspects of efficient and realistic research, development and testing for defense acquisition programs to provide timely and effective support to the American Warfighter.
