ASMIS Training Registration Form

This registration form is for Basic ASMIS 2.0 Training. Online and resident courses are available.

• Browse available dates – Review the training calendar and select a session that fits your schedule. Be mindful of the training duration and session times to avoid conflicts with other commitments.
• Complete the registration form – Provide all required information and double-check for accuracy, as these details will appear on your training certificate.
• Watch for your confirmation email – After registering, you'll receive an email containing the welcome letter, pre-arrival checklist, MS Teams channel and invite, and any additional instructions or requirements.
