The USACRC has launched an Arctic Warfare Operations page with tools and resources designed to help protect Soldiers in extreme cold. Topics include the proper wear and use of the Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS), Cold Temperature and Arctic Protection System (CTAPS), Fire Retardant Environmental Ensemble (FREE), other issued cold weather clothing items, the Military Sleep System (MSS) and other cold weather TTPs.
