The Army Safety and Occupational Health Management System (ASOHMS) provides the plans and procedures used to evaluate the Army Safety and Occupational Health Program's effectiveness at every operational level. ASOHMS consists of six core interrelated and interacting SOH management capability objectives and corresponding elements performing as one coherent system to synchronize, coordinate, collaborate, and improve how SOH is implemented into Army operations. (See AR 385-10, para. 1-9; DA Pam 385-10, Ch. 2.)
