Army Statistics and Reports

U.S. Army mishap statistics are derived from information contained in the official Army mishap database. This information is gathered from organizations throughout the Army who submit formal mishap reports under regulatory requirements. Pursuant to Army Regulation 385-10, the data provided is for purposes of mishap prevention only. It may not be used as evidence or for adverse administrative or disciplinary actions.

Annual Assessment of the Army Safety Program

Each year, the U.S. Army Combat Readiness Center (USACRC) produces an annual assessment of the Army Safety Program, which includes analysis of both mishap trends and safety goals regarding tactical safety, off-duty safety, workplace safety, and OSHA data.
