A Master Sergeant assigned to U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Virginia, died in a parachuting mishap 24 January 2018 at 1000 local in Eloy, Arizona. The Soldier's parachute reportedly failed to fully deploy and he struck the ground.
