A Specialist assigned to the Wisconsin Army National Guard died in a PMV-4 mishap 3 February 2018 near Westby, Wisconsin, at 1700 local. The Soldier was on his way home from his drill location when his vehicle slid across the centerline on a right-hand curve in wet road conditions and collided with an approaching vehicle.
