A 20-year-old Specialist assigned to 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas, died 28 June 2018 from injuries sustained in a PMV-4 mishap that occurred the prior day in Little Rock, Arkansas, at 0840 local. The Soldier was on leave when his pickup left the roadway in dry weather conditions and struck a culvert.
