A 19-year-old Private assigned to 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas, died in a PMV-4 mishap 4 July 2018 in Gardner, Kansas, at 0130 local. The Soldier was on leave when his vehicle left the roadway in dry weather conditions and crashed. Authorities suspect speed was a factor in the crash.
