A 27-year-old Sergeant assigned to U.S. Army Recruiting Command, Ronkonkoma, New York, died in a PMV-4 mishap 20 July 2018 in Patchogue, New York, at 0007 local. The Soldier was operating a vehicle when it reportedly exited the roadway and struck a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Seat belt use is unknown.
