Asleep at the Wheel
I went to the local airport looking to build fixed-wing time. The only requirement I placed on my instruction was it had to conform to the budget of a newly unemployed CW2 with a wife, two kids and no real savings. In other words, it had to be free.

Service members have many things in common, one of which is running. Some run only when it is time for their biannual physical fitness tests, while others may run as a hobby. I didn’t realize how big a part of my life it was until it was taken away.
